Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will align business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. You will be responsible for maintaining an effective level of business literacy, managing team member relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving people initiatives within your region. Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
  • Resolve complex team member relations issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management.
  • Identify training needs, participate in training program evaluation.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives.
  • Perform compensation analysis and optimize organizational design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of team member relations experience, HR strategic role experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of human resource disciplines and employment laws.

Working Conditions

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
