Job Description

Centria Autism is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a key player, you will align business objectives with team members and management across various service lines. Your role involves fostering strategic partnerships within your assigned region, enhancing workforce performance, and driving people initiatives to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze HR trends to develop effective solutions and programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex team member relations issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Provide performance management guidance and coaching to line management.
  • Enhance work relationships, morale, and productivity.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate on training initiatives.
  • Support business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Participate in compensation analysis and optimization of organizational design for increased productivity.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies and diversity initiatives.

Pay Range

$80K - $90K yearly plus bonus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations and 3-5 years in a strategic HR role
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive business results.

Working Conditions

Monday - Friday, flexibility in scheduling needed to support assigned regions.
