Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Health. As an RN in our surgical suites, you will play a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions, including monitoring and managing patient conditions during procedures.
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks.
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room or Endoscopy.
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
- Indiana Professional Licensing Agency RN licensure.
- Flexibility for on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
Colleagues with an associate degree must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire and complete it within 5 years. Exceptions apply for those with additional experience.
