Job Description
Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities? Join our team at CRSI as a Full-Time RN Coordinator for Seneca/Knox County.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in ensuring quality nursing care in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Monitor consumer safety, health, and welfare through in-person visits and assessments.
- Delegate medication administration and health-related activities as per regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance audits, develop nursing service plans, and supervise nursing staff.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, review service plans, and collaborate with community resources.
- Document services provided and contribute to policy development in the nursing department.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable background screening.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience for adults and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation: $28-$33 per hour.
