Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Med/Surg/Tele - PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Denver Health. As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care Med/Surg/Tele department, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our diverse patient population. Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Promote a positive patient experience and wellness.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification and RN license.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EPIC documentation is preferred.
