Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Float (Inpatient) Nights to join our team at Denver Health. As a Registered Nurse Float, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care to patients across various units including the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address the health and safety needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor patient vital signs.
• Develop and modify patient care plans based on individual responses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and provide patient education.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing practices and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in medical equipment operation and patient care documentation.
