Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse I to join our team at Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As a Registered Nurse I, you will provide individualized nursing care to patients and families, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain a safe and healing environment. This role involves utilizing the nursing process, coordinating care, and promoting patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Lead and collaborate with assigned team members for age-appropriate care.
• Focus on patient/family-centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment.
• Participate in shared governance, adhere to standards of care, and promote leadership and clinical excellence.
• Coordinate effective patient care delivery through care management principles.
• Identify clinical priorities and take action to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in providing individualized nursing care.
