Job Description
Elizabethtown Community Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Unit. Our unit consists of 25 beds, including 8 Telemetry beds. With a mix of private and double occupancy rooms, we cater to patients requiring Observation status, acutely ill patients, and those in need of rehabilitation. We foster a teamwork mentality and provide a supportive environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs.
- Assist in patient education and emotional support.
Requirements
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Experience in a Med/Surg setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
