Registered Nurse (RN) - 3B Flex/Progressive Care Unit - NIGHTS
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Denver Health. In this role, you will be part of the 3B Flex unit, a highly-rated nursing unit with opportunities for professional growth and development. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients across various specialty services, contributing to their well-being and recovery.
Job Summary
Under general supervision, you will adhere to professional nursing standards and ethics to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and families on health management and prevention. Your commitment to patient care and safety will be instrumental in ensuring positive health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Less than 1 year of experience; 1 year in direct patient care preferred
- Active BLS and RN licenses
- Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain composed in emergency situations
