Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)-Float, Nights to join the Nursing Staffing Office at Denver Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department, adhering to professional nursing standards and promoting excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual, family, and community health needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and modify patient care plans based on conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care.
• Promote positive patient experiences and well-being.

Requirements

• Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program.
• 1-3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active RN-Registered Nurse license from DORA.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in emergency situations.
