Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Maternal Child Float to join our team at Denver Health. As a part of our nursing staff, you will float to various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department, providing exceptional care and support to our patients. This position requires adherence to professional nursing standards, critical thinking, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals and families to identify health issues.
• Maintain detailed patient records and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and modify patient care plans based on responses and conditions.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and treatments.
• Promote positive patient experiences and safety.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS-Basic Life Support and RN-Registered Nurse licenses required.
• Knowledge of professional nursing practices, patient care, and medical equipment operation.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
