About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Observation Unit at Banner Ironwood Medical Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients who do not require inpatient admission but need additional diagnostic workup or therapeutic interventions. This unit also attends to Medical/Surgical & Telemetry inpatients, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilize self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
- Clinical experience preferred.
