Registered Nurse - RN - Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on a full-time contract basis. You will have the opportunity to work at a prestigious acute hospital in Los Angeles, CA, and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and promote a positive professional image.
• Work independently with attention to detail and possess comprehensive knowledge of daily operations.
• Maintain high-quality care for patients with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
• Deliver, assess, and evaluate patient care effectively.
• Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Available for 12-hour night and day shifts in rotation.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent supervised experience in an Acute Hospital Setting.
• RN with BSN required.
• Current CPR/BLS, PALS certifications, physical, and TB test within the last year.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA.
