Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Winter Park Medical Center in Colorado. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with diverse patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings to patients and fellow team members.
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to establish measurable goals and strategies for patient care.
- Supervise and educate other clinic team members to ensure excellent patient care and service.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Current BLS and RN licenses.
- Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
