Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer nursing care, including medication, and promote positive patient experiences.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license from DORA necessary.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association mandatory.
• Demonstrated adherence to nursing standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in emergency situations.
