Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic team at Denver Health. In this role, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, working with diverse patients and families to promote excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their health journey and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment options.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to set measurable goals and strategies.
• Supervise and support other clinic team members to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide assistance during examinations and treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and ethics.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and communication tools.
