Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Webb Adult Medical Clinic. As a part of our ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments for patients across the lifespan.
• Assess patient needs and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Support positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards, patient assessment, and medical equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

$31.34 - $47.01 per hour
