Registered Nurse (RN) - Westside Adult Medical Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Westside Adult Medical Clinic on a PRN basis. As a member of our ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members throughout their lifespan. You will adhere to professional nursing standards, utilize evidence-based practices, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based plans and modify patient care as needed.
• Perform nursing assessments, communicate findings, and plan measurable goals with patients and the healthcare team.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members, ensuring excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for examinations, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation preferred.
