Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Junction City, Oregon. In this role, you will provide clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. You will also supervise Residential Associates and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments and updates.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to staff.
- Liaise with community providers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform crisis de-escalation techniques.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Salary range: $6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
