• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
• Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and supervising employees.
• Collaborate with vendors and address customer complaints effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
• 5 years of overall restaurant experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification and a state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
