Job Description
We are looking for a talented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the rearrangement of products in stores according to new plans and diagrams, ensuring a visually pleasing display for customers. This role involves efficient task performance, effective communication with store personnel, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accurately report completed retail tasks on designated systems.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks and promotions.
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
- Participate in team tasks onsite with clients.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Complete timely and accurate reporting of recaps, expense reports, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
- Proficient in using a Personal Computer and common software applications.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Access to the internet, printer, phone, and reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
- Ability to work in a retail store environment with some travel, including early mornings.
