Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. Your role will involve managing and training a team to deliver projects to the highest standards, conducting in-store audits, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team to ensure exceptional project execution.
- Conduct in-store audits to maintain quality standards and meet client expectations.
- Assist with project work including reading planograms, unloading trucks, and merchandising.
- Plan and organize project resources, schedules, and team activities effectively.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Utilize technology and tools effectively to facilitate project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Ability to work in office and field environments with extensive local travel.
- Physical ability to lift and move items during resets and remodels.
- Strong English language skills; bilingualism may be required.
