Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead and manage retail merchandising, reset, and sales projects within a designated territory at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team to ensure projects are executed efficiently, and client expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team to deliver projects to client standards.
- Conduct in-store audits to maintain quality execution and assist with project completion.
- Direct and support project work, including interpreting planograms and coordinating team schedules.
- Strategically plan project techniques, equipment, and team schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate project expectations to customers and team members, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
- Utilize technology, hardware, and software tools effectively to support project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in retail.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing teams.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments with travel as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise during resets and remodels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions
Office and field environment with local travel, physical demands including lifting and moving products.
Language Skills
Proficient in English; bilingual skills may be required based on business needs.
