Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment strategies in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to enhance patient care quality.
• Maintain accurate patient records, assist with treatments, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficient in medical equipment use, effective communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
