School Based Speech and Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are looking to hire a School Based Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Epic Special Education Staffing. This full-time position is based in Santa Clarita, CA, at an elementary school, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to special education.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement effective interventions.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to adjust therapy goals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years.
• Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in the process in the state of practice.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
