Responsibilities
- Lead Civil Engineering design projects, including site plans, stormwater management, and traffic design.
- Ensure designs comply with Philadelphia regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Communicate directly with clients and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineering license.
- 8-12 years of experience in site/civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
