Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Job Description

Moody and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Civil Engineering practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and designing technical activities related to land development plans for our commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy clients.

Job Purpose

• Manage tasks on multiple projects adhering to high project management standards.
• Develop proposals, scope of services, and cost estimates.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project activities ensuring successful project launch.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and update schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Mentor and manage staff, process submittals, and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in budget development, project close-out, and permit acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license in PA, additional state licensures beneficial.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management skills.
• Expertise in site development; experience in related engineering projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other engineering programs.
• Strong collaborative skills and a safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to travel to project locations and between Moody offices in PA.
