Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Special Procedure Tech to join Corewell Health's team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, working closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient-centered care throughout the entire procedure process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist patients during invasive procedures, ensuring quality care and support.
- Perform hemodynamic/physiologic recordings and communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
- Maintain equipment, adhere to radiation safety standards, and provide on-call coverage as required.
- Train and support less experienced techs, depending on the site specialization.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program in either Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or EP Lab.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Interventional procedures.
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and department-specific registrations.
- Strong communication, technical, and customer service skills.
