Job Description

The Server is the key Associate in delivering the Silver Diner brand to our guests. You are responsible for providing Silver Diner hospitality to our guests, generating sales, delivering food & beverage orders, and properly handling POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure:
• Each guest receives outstanding service
• Write down all orders & repeat back to guests
• Deliver guest checks promptly
• Maintain a clean station stocked to standards
• Work as part of a team

Brand Delivery

• Be on time for work
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep yourself and station clean
• Know and ensure delivery of the Silver Diner Brand

Cost Balancing

• Properly account for all sales
• Proper cash handling
• Properly portion all self-service items

Performance Measures

• Positive sales growth
• No complaints
• High guest satisfaction ratings

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender preferred
• Exceptional guest service aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Contagiously friendly and outgoing
• Physically capable as per requirements
