Shop Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Service Technician to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, vehicles, and tools, ensuring they are safe and operational. If you have a high school diploma/GED and experience in automotive maintenance, small tools, and light/heavy equipment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance services and repairs on various equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect equipment to identify service and repair needs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to test components and systems.
• Document service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow manuals and schematics.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Working Conditions

• Work indoors and outdoors, with varying temperatures and occasional travel.
• Work up to fifty hours per week in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Certificates and Licenses

• Valid driver's license and OSHA certifications are required.
• Additional certifications such as ASE or First Aid/CPR are desirable.
