Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry in North America. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in Waterford Township, PA. This position involves leading employees in a manufacturing environment to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives. As a People Leader, you will provide clear direction, support, and leadership to ensure the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and activities to maintain product quality.
• Enforce safety and sanitation rules for a secure workplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive employee relations and address performance issues.
• Utilize data to improve work processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments for operational efficiency.
• Establish work schedules to optimize productivity.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
