Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

About Us: Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and aerostructures. We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and drive quality for our suppliers while ensuring compliance and improvement plans.
Responsibilities
- Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation.
- Own supplier audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement plans.
- Partner with sourcing organization to ensure engineering requirements are met.
- Perform audits at the supply base and drive root cause analysis.
- Provide technical/commercial assistance to Commodity Buyers.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
