Einstein Bros.® Bagels is your neighborhood bagel shop, proud to provide guests with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, catering, and more. We are looking for team leaders to join our brand new location at W. Airport and 99. Team leaders will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including training, team management, cash handling, and opening/closing tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, have strong communication and basic computer skills, be self-motivated, great with guest service, and willing to go the extra mile to make a guest's experience exceptional. Being able to mediate guest complaints is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Food safety certified in the state of Texas, or obtain a certification prior to the store opening.
• Spanish-English bilingual is a plus.
