Job Description
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests, and managing the Front of House team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
- Provide and oversee Front of House training.
- Manage Front of House employee performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Control liquor orders and costs, enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees, providing feedback and training.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Set employee schedules, assign tasks, and create a positive working environment with contests and incentives.
- Practice safe food handling procedures.
