Job Description

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests, and managing the Front of House team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Provide and oversee Front of House training.
  • Manage Front of House employee performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Control liquor orders and costs, enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees, providing feedback and training.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Set employee schedules, assign tasks, and create a positive working environment with contests and incentives.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
