Transplant Program RN Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Transplant Program RN Manager to join our team at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As the manager of our Transplant center, you will oversee all aspects of the transplant program, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Nursing with an MSN or DNP, at least five years of nursing experience, leadership skills, and a strong background in Transplant Programs and organ allocation. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure effective patient care.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize clinic processes.
• Maintain fiscal integrity and quality patient care standards.
• Lead staff growth and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing with MSN or DNP.
• 5+ years of RN nursing experience and leadership skills.
• Current South Carolina licensure and BLS certification.
• Preferably Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC).
