Universal Banker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, and recommending financial solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of financial transactions including account opening, teller services, and providing information on products and services.
• Recommend and cross-sell banking products to address customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
• Support business development efforts by meeting sales and referral goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
