Position: Warehouse Worker

Salary: Competitive starting at $17 per hour
Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
This role involves handling various aspects of merchandise movement including storage, distribution, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Worker will lead by example, provide training to colleagues, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
- Efficiently move and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Prepare merchandise for display, storage, delivery, or shipping.
- Utilize the point of sale (POS) system for inventory management.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Engage in training activities for team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.
High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing). Basic math skills. Knowledge of tools, hardware, and product assembly. Valid driver's license. Basic computer proficiency. POS system familiarity is an advantage.
