Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Yard Jockey to join our team at Wright Media. As a Yard Jockey, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering trailers within the yard, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Operate yard trucks to move trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing yard activities.
- Coordinate with other team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance on yard equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of yard experience for non-CDL holders within the last 36 months.
- Valid Class A CDL with 6+ months of experience and 6 months of verified yard experience in the last 36 months.
- Must be at least 21 years old and live within 40 miles of Woodlawn, OH.
- Ability to work overnight shifts when necessary.
