Job Title: Youth Counselor

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Location: Pike, NH

Salary: Up to $18.00/hr + $1000 Sign-on Bonus

Mount Prospect Academy is looking for dedicated and compassionate Youth Counselors to join our team in providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring students, implementing social/recreational activities, and delivering psychosocial education as part of the treatment plan. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social/recreational activities and involve residents in programming.
• Provide care and psychosocial education based on individual treatment plans.
• Teach daily living skills, meal preparation, hygiene practices, and more.
• Develop respectful relationships, positive coping mechanisms, and social skills.

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience with children.
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings required.
