Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Advisor, Solutions PPS to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for driving volume growth initiatives for Project 360 and executing strategies for our production inkjet system customers in the designated territory. The position involves collaborating with various analysts to identify growth opportunities, working closely with the sales team, and acting as a subject matter expert to understand and meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage project resources for customer site assessments, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
- Develop and deliver site assessment studies, provide industry insights to customers, and support Canon production inkjet color in the region.
- Design and communicate technical solutions, onboard new applications, and work with the team to increase print volume.
- Provide post-sales support, maintain customer relationships, and address issues promptly to avoid escalation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Printing, Transactional, and Direct Mail markets.
- Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power Point.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 60%) and maintain relationships with customers.
