Behavior Technician

Job Description

Join Healing Haven LLC as a Behavior Technician and make an impact in the lives of children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 therapy to enhance communication, socialization, and play skills for children aged 2 to 16. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programs during therapy sessions.
• Execute Behavior Intervention Plans guided by a BCBA.
• Stay up-to-date on client programming and apply feedback provided by BCBA.
• Train incoming staff on Applied Behavior Analysis practices.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service hours.
• Ensure therapy sessions are data-driven and follow data collection guidelines.
• Adhere to protocols for client therapy continuity through consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
• Physical abilities to support therapy services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and respectful team player.

Compensation

Starting wage range: $17 - $22 per hour.
