Job Description

Rockwell Care is seeking a dedicated Director of Maintenance to elevate our facility, the Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center (JTPACC), in Yucca Valley. This leadership role encompasses overseeing maintenance projects and coordinating housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance projects to enhance facility operations.
Coordinate housekeeping and laundry services for optimal cleanliness and organization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Manage maintenance staff and resources efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
