Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and laboratory results.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving treatments.
- Act as a patient advocate, offering education and support to patients and families.
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive professional image.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution and active RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
