Registered Nursing- RN - Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Santa Fe, NM. As an RN at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting systematic patient assessments, documenting patient information accurately, and promoting continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret assessments, labs, and telemetry data.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote a positive professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Verifiable work history and professional references.
