Resident Care Associate

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Resident Care Associates to join our team at The Bungalows At Mayfield. As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. You will work closely with residents and their families to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to personalized service plans and wellness standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and updates of Personalized Service Plans.
• Provide hands-on care and support as outlined in residents' PSPs.
• Ensure resident hydration and meal attendance schedules are followed.
• Maintain residents' rooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and security systems.

Requirements

• High School education preferred.
• Prior experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability for weekends and evenings.
