Responsibilities

- Managing and developing Back of House employees through coaching and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring proper inventory management, safety practices, and sanitation standards.
- Controlling food and labor costs while optimizing kitchen operations.
- Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
