1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring overall warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and commitment to teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
