Floating Bakery Manager

Job Description

Kennie's Market's Inc is seeking a passionate Floating Bakery Manager to join our team. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the Bakery Department, delivering top-quality products, and excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
• Maintain control of supply, payroll expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure correct accounting procedures are followed, including invoices, inventory, etc.
• Direct stocking, display, and rotation of bakery products for maximum customer appeal.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Bakery Specialist on merchandising, planning, and scheduling.
• Maintain a sanitary department and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train Bakery Department employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and product quality.
• Knowledge of bakery operations and safety standards.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
