Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Capacity to perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
