Project Manager (Environmental Industry)

Job Description

HEPACO is a leading environmental and emergency services company with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer service. We are expanding our Jacksonville branch and are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in environmental services and emergency response. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The Project Manager will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with the Territory Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities including planning, contract compliance, quality control, health and safety oversight, and resource management.
• Participate in project bidding and contracting processes to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business development team to drive growth and meet company objectives.
• Lead and mentor project team members, manage expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide project cost and revenue reporting as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and experience with Hyland OnBase preferred.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications.
